What does the CD ROM course contain/cover?
A full description of what is in the course is contained on the website
I insert the CD into the drive, but nothing happens?
If for some reason AutoRun doesn't work, it may be disabled: Go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / System / Device Manager and make sure View Devices by Type is selected. Double-click the CD-ROM line and note how it produces a new line underneath. This new line describes the type of CD-ROM you have. Double-click that new line and you should see the CD-ROM Properties window. Select the Settings tab and look for a checkbox labeled Auto Insert Notification. To enable AutoRun, check this box, click OK twice until prompted to restart your PC, then do so. AutoRun is now enabled.
If autorun is not disabled, but does not work with the CD, you can start the program manually. Click Start, Run, and type in D:\sportcourse.pdf.
How does the coaching CD ROM ordering process work?
Go to the secure online Order Form, and place your order. Your CD will be mailed to you when your payment has been processed, usually within 24 hours.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Your information is encrypted so it is secure in transit. This is according to the international standards for secure credit card transactions. Just as importantly, though, your credit card information is secure once it reaches us. Although we do keep a record of who our customers are, so we can tell them about upgrades, we destroy credit card information so it does not remain on our computer. We also employ a secure firewall to protect your information during the short period that it resides on our computer.
I don't like the course, so how do I get a refund?
Go to the "legals" page link on each page of our website, where you will find a statement of our refund policy.
I've paid for my CD ROM, and you've confirmed my order, but it's been two weeks and I haven't received my CD yet?
International postage to the U.S.A. and other countries can take around two weeks, sometimes longer. If this delay is a problem for you because you want to start using the program straight away after you purchased it, you can download the program, install it, get a registration code from us, and start using it while you wait for your CD to arriive.
I don't have a credit card, so how do I place an order?
Customers outside Australia who do not want to use credit card can pay by International Bank Draft/Check. Other forms of payment are described on the Order Form.
What is your refund policy?
Go to the "legals" page link on each page of our website , where you will find a statement of our refund policy.
What does the course involve?
A full description of what the course involves is contained on the website.
What is the difference between the CD ROM course and the online course?
The online course contains the CD ROM. The online course provides individualised, step-by-step guidance and feedback for every assignment, including what are the best target behaviours (things to change) that you can choose, with the greatest likelihood of success, while you are learning the method. This is why the online course costs more.
Go to the order form now to place your secure order. We accept major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, AMEX) and other secure forms of payment.

Old Way New Way Learning improves your golf swing. Golf Australia, June 2006. "10 Steps to Kicking Your Bad Habit". Reproduced here in part, with permission.
Golf coaches and players try to get it right the first time but invariably end up spending a lot of time trying to correct technique faults and bad habits that somehow develop.
Once established, habit pattern errors like technique faults are hard to correct and can make a player uncompetitive and can lead to a career-threatening performance slump.
The typical advice to practice skill drills and train hard is usually not very effective. The player may appear to improve during training but repeatedly falls back to old ways under pressure of competition.
Transfer of training from skills coaching sessions and practice drills to competition is consequently poor.
Transition training, required when the player has to change over to a new code, new equipment, new techniques or new rules, presents similar adjustment difficulties. Old habits die hard.
Fortunately, a coaching science discovery called Old Way New Way® Learning offers:
(1) a new perspective on the transfer of training problem in golf.
(2) a fast and practical method of golf skill development.
(3) a cost-effective and user-friendly method for rapid golf skill and technique correction and habit eradication.
